How do I apply? 
Through our application form which is on our website, under the main menu about us.
What is the cut off date for putting my application in? 
November 30th 2021.
How will you decide which market my product suits, do I have a choice?
We will take into your consideration the choice that you have ticked on the application form. If we feel that your product is better suited to a particular market, then we will place you there. This will be at our discretion and the decision will be final.
I would like to know the rental prices before I apply? 
Rental prices will be released at the vendor interview. Prices vary depending on categories and market.
I want to bring my own booth, can I? 
You can discuss your booth requirements if you get selected for an interview. The booth will be subject to approval – according to market location and suitability.
Can I know the size of the stall?
The stall sizes will be given at the vendor interview, as they vary according to market and category.
When will I know if my application has been successful or rejected, how will you contact me?
We will be contacting each application through email only, 10 days after application has been received.
Can I appeal my application rejection?
If you get a rejection for this season, this is our final decision and we won’t be looking into rejected applications again, so please don’t ask us.
Can I call you about my application status?
Unfortunately, due to a lot of inquiries, we can only respond through email, whether you have been approved or rejected.
When does the market start?
Msheireb Market by Torba in Downtown Doha will be every Saturday, starting from October 30th 2021.
What is the difference between the two markets?
Torba Farmers Market at QF is a traditional farmers market, where we showcase homemade, artisan products in a community location surrounded by rustic market vibes. Msheireb Market by Torba will have a smaller number of upmarket stalls on high street. The overall look is high end to fit in with the urban metropolis and downtown visitors. We will be looking for curated, products that are in line with the specific Msheireb audience.
Will I get a permanent space at the market?
No permanent spaces will be offered this season.
Can I share a booth with a friend?
No sorry, one business per stall.
Why a 300 QAR non-refundable registration fee?
If you get selected as a confirmed vendor, we will ask for a registration fee, this is to cover all admin and running costs of market administration.
How do I pay, for the whole season or on the market day?
Vendors should visit the services desk on the market day that they are booked for to pay for their stall. After you have paid you will be assigned a stall number based on your category booking.
Will masks be mandatory for vendors?
Covid restrictions will be subject to ministry regulations.
Who provides the booth and shade?
All stalls and shade will be provided
