When will I receive my order?
All orders received before 12pm are processed for delivery next day. Any order received after 12pm will be processed the next day for delivery the following day. For example, if you order on Sunday morning before 12pm, you will receive your order on Monday. If you order on Sunday after 12pm, you will receive your order on Tuesday. This applies to home delivery and pick up orders.
When do you deliver?
We deliver Saturday – Thursday between 10am and 6pm.
Do you charge for delivery?
We charge a QAR30 delivery fee for orders under QAR150. Orders over QAR150 are eligible for free delivery.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to most zones in Doha Saturday through to Thursday. Match the blue plate on your accommodation to the table below to see if we deliver to your zone.
What about delivering outside of Doha?
We have weekly deliveries to Al Wakra and Mesaieed on Mondays, and Al Khor on Tuesdays. Currently, these orders are processed manually as our website is not set up to allow deliveries outside of Doha. You can place your order through whatsapp 30672516 or through email at email@example.com Order before 12pm the previous day to ensure your items make these delivery windows.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
For cash or card on delivery payments, we would require you to be home. If it is just for delivery, you don’t have to be home. We will need delivery instructions so our driver knows where to put your order.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes – you can collect your order from our Torba Store in Duhail. We accept order pick-up Sun-Thurs 11am – 4pm.
Can I choose what comes in my fruit & vege box?
We plan our boxes according to the seasons and to suit the way you cook, so it is possible to swap items you don’t need or like in exchange for something else. Let us know your preferences in the instructions when you complete your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
I don’t do online payments. How else can I pay for my order?
We can bring a point-of-sale card machine which accepts payments by credit or debit card on the day of your delivery. We also accept cash payment upon delivery. Please note, that someone has to be available to make this payment at the time of your delivery or we can’t guarantee you will receive your items.
How will you ensure the freshness of my delivery?
We operate refrigerated delivery trucks which ensures the freshness of all our products.
How do I close my account?
If you have had any problems with your deliveries, please do get in touch with us as soon as possible and we’ll do everything we can to help. If you want to close your account you can do so from the
“Personal details” section of “my account.”
What kind of products do you sell?
You can choose from over 250 products spread across various categories such as grocery, bakery, fruits & vegetables, beverages, personal care products, and much more.
What is the minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value. Howver, any delivery orders under QAR150 will incur a QAR30 delivery fee.
Do you charge any amount or taxes over and above the rates shown?
No, we do not charge anything over and above the rates shown. However, we do have a delivery fee in case the order value per store does not reach the minimum order value for free delivery.
How can I make changes to my order before and after confirmation?
You can edit your products in the cart before checkout. If you’ve already placed your order, you have up to three hours to edit your order.
How can we list our products on the Torba Market Platform?
To list your products on our platform, write to us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact and product information and our team will get in touch with you.
How can I make payments at Torba Market?
Torba Market accepts multiple modes of payment. You can make online payments using credit cards or debit cards when you check out. You can also pay with cash or card when we deliver.
